Hello sir my child is 5 year old .he has fever Thursday and Friday .but no fever yester day and he got fever 99.4 today morning .I go for platelet platelet 1.52 lakh and dengue ns1 is mag be false positive .so what should I do

Most fevers in children are viral in origin and take 3-7 days to subside completely. If not accompanied by any other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness,just give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
