Is there any medicine or anything to grow height even after 18years??And does nutrigain actually helps in gaining weight?

Hi good to see your queries. Nutrigain is not so important. Better you v protien based diet. u are already at last stage of growth but still chances are for few inches till 21. For more help u can share mail ID to guide u
