Hi , I am 16 years old . I am having a height issue . My father is 6 feet tall but I'm still only 5'7 feet tall.I am not growing till last 8 months. What should I do to increase my height

5’7 is a good height. Eat well including eggs and lots of pulses and nuts. You may put on a couple of inches in coming year or two.
