I'm 22 years old 5'3 in height. I want to increase 3 inches. Is it possible? I've talked to a guy from a company named bione , that claims they can help me increase 3 inches in 3 months by taking this height growth protein (ayurvedic), bone density increase  and a acupressure shoe sole with diet and exercise. Is their claim right? Is it possible to still increase 3 inches in my height? If yes, then please tell me how?

No medicine can grow your height. Main good healthy diet. Do stretching and yoga and exercise it will increase automatically with time.
