If you take height and weight of a girl/boy, their parameters are compared firstly with previous height and weight and then with those of 100 boys or girls their age on a growth chart. So if a child all their infancy was bigger than only 25% of children then we would hope they continue to track along that line. Where if they were bigger than 75% earlier and now on 25% line it would be abnormal
