Heel spur since 1 year
Iam suffering from heel spur since a year
In x-ray report I can see spur in both left and right
Done many test like
Vitamin B12 - normal
Vitamin D- normal
Thyroid- no
Haemagloblin- 12.5
All blood test reports are good .
Used painkiller for 3 months.
Taken pain killer injection at heel.
But no use.
Ayurveda medicine for 2months,
Undergone physiotherapy
Using soft mcr chappal always
Using warm and cold pack to get relief from pain.
But still suffer, if I walk , I have more pain.
Used massage oils given by homeo doctor.
