Heel pain, inflamation

Getting heel pain regularly, as i have put on weight than earlier, started skipping and walking(mild) but pain increased and after physiotherapy also pain did not go, pain is bearable on normal days and become worse after walking,so really confused and worried.

Its plantarfascitis which occurs due to inflammation in the cushion like structure present in the heel. Consult a physiotherapist.
Next Steps
Go to a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy +wax therapy +some stretching exercises +mobilization exercises for plantar fascia will be helpful for sure.

At home.. Rest +hot water fomentation +pain killer gel +no long sitting +no leg hanging +no cold exposure +no hard footwears +no long walk/standing +use heel cushions.
