I have pain in my heels from last 3 months.initially it was in heels but now it is spreading upto toes.doctors advise me to take calcium,but no improvment is there,please advise me what should i do?

It may be due to foot muscles stiffness, do foot stretching exercises daily, consult orthopedic surgeon get treated
