Heavy snoring
People are complaining about my heavy snoring. Also told me that they could hear my breathing sound (hard inhale) in seating position as well. However, I didn't find any difficulty within me while breathing. My sleep was also good.
-Get it evaluated. I’d suggest a polysomnography(sleep study) to know the severity of your snoring. Also, a nasal endoscopy and ct scan of the nose might be required.
-Further management would depend on the reports.
-These are the tests required for evaluating your snoring.
