When blood thinners r started dosage needs to be titrated. As ur young hope a usg of abdomen and pelvis is done to rule out any abnormality.Meet a gynaecologist and keep regular follow up.with blood thinners its commonly observed that patients without any abnormality have spotting.pt INR is to be done regularly.some patients need  titration to the proper dosage to avoid such bleeding from vagina gums so on.so doctors may ask u to skip few tablets.so u need to be in coordination with ur cardiologists as he is the best person to know that if u skip tablets is it right.

It could be the effect of the medicine, you should get yourself fully checked up and the investigations done. Only then the medication can be started for stopping the bleeding.
