Yes you can take tablet during period time . Tablet buscogesic one tablet two or three times a day. You first start with simple hot water bag to your tummy and paracetamol two tablets three to four times a day which should work and paracetamol does not have any side effects . If not helpful take buscogesic which in some people can give rise sleepiness and will not allow you to drive .
