For the past 4 days I am having severe dry cough even the sound is heavy , had 100.3 fever on Saturday so took para and montek lc ..still cold is there unable to sleep , feel difficult breathing but spo2 was good 98 . heartbeat 90 .. Runny nose is there doctor. Thick mucus is coming Few minutes ago thick yellow mucus came from nose. Unable to eat anything too. Having hot water only... Please suggest me tablets ...
