Heaviness over head,fatigue.

I feel like my head is tightly clutched with anything and it's affect i sense through my jaw like tightly clutched. Most of the time it affects my activeness. Please help me.

U seem to have tension headache.  Try relaxation therapy and consult a neurologist for medicines.
