For last 4 to 5 days, I am feeling heaviness in the back of the head, also feeling stiffness in the neck joint. Pain is not there, only heaviness.

Due to over stress ,strain ,anxiety,over thinking and worries do yoga,excercise,pranayam walk and think positive
