Heat exhaustion during exercise

Whenever I do any physical exercise body temperature rises and I don't sweat much. It results in temporary redness, rashes in my forehead and arms and I start feeling light headed and weak. How to cure this?

Hello, before EXERCISE keep yourself well hydrated at least for two hours than start exercise. this time it's very hot humid climate so all these are very common.so hydration step is very important. By this u can prevent symptoms to some extent.as soon as u have some symptoms stop exercise. otherwise u r in trouble.ok.
