Hi, Currently in 9 th week of pregnancy. My heart rate is consistently above 100 all the time and I can feel my heart pounding. BP is 104/77. Kindly suggest if this needs medical intervention?

It's normal We need to rule out anemia , thyroid abnormalities,  cardiac issues So visit ur doctor
