Heart palpitations when laying for sleep

I feel heart Palpitations only at night while laying for sleeping. I can feel it through my neck and head also. I had an ECG and Chest X-Ray, both results come normal. I am worried about me. Kindly help me out. Thanks in advance.

It is anxiety related symptoms...not heart related..do some meditation and pranayama... hobbies.. exercise...it will help
