I have heart palpitations since 6months I have done volter monitor Ecg 2d echo nothing found Cardiologist suggest one tablet dilzem cd 90 And asked me to consultant psychiatrist for anxiety now I am using nexito 15 Tranxiety Tablets since 4months 04-09-2024 My hgb is 9 Iron is very low Low vitamin d Low b12 Now may 21 2025 My hgb is 11.5 Iron still low B12 okay Little low d vitamin Previous I have irregular periods heavy bleeding Last 4months my periods are regular Please advice for pulpitaions I have fatigue Dizziness too
