Hi my heart beat is 57 60 79 80 90 once I will go to 112 in resting it will be same it's normal only

Hi dear the normal range of heart beat in adults is from 60 -100 per minute. In some normal cases as well it can decrease or increase a bit . Please let me know what are your concerns Any chest pain, palpitations or headache?? Do u have any history of heart disease in ur family.
