My grandfather aged 80 years got minor heart attack. He has 90,90 and 100% blockage as per angiography. What is best possible treatment and cost of treatment for him.

Depends on his LVEF, presence or absence of diabetes, kidney function and severity and type  of blockages on agiography.. According to limited information that you have provided, CABG(bypass) seems to be the best option.
