Vain got blocked due to high sugar which causes a Heart attack and now Doctors ask for surgery. so which option is better Chennai or Kolkata? And which hospital.

Your details are very  ambiguous.  Coronary disease is of artery not vein.  With out Angiography report/ CD it is difficult to say whether bypass is required.  Then one can suggest hospital.  Choose a doctor in whom you have full faith.  City is immaterial
