In my anamoly scan at 21 weeks it is written heart appears in mid position. Is it a normal finding or we have to do repeat scan or echo for it??

Midposition is normal position Fetal Echo is a separate ultrasound which focuses specifically on the fetal heart At age  33 you should definitely go for it
