Thanks for reaching out. I understand it must be really difficult for you. Anxiety spectrum disorders often manifest with symptoms resembling cardiac abnormalities. This naturally causes apprehension of impending doom even though anxiety per say is not life threatening. The solution to this is a combined treatment with medications and counselling. You will be able to cope with the many stressors in life more effectively for a life time. Medication will only be given for a period of few months. You will feel a lot better soon. All the best. What you are describing are physical symptoms of panic disorder like weakness, dizziness , some have breathing problems , trembling, racing heart , chest pain , feeling of impending doom. But you have to understand that panic attacks also have psychological components (mind component). You should try to explore what triggers(situations or places or people) your panic attacks?, what factors are maintaining it?, and try to work on them. You could also take the help of a psychiatrist. Another common thing patients do is avoiding behaviour - Stop avoiding behaviour ( like I will not go to market alone as I might have panic attack) because it may ultimately increase your panic attacks There are also medication available to reduce physical symptoms of panic attacks but at the same time you have to learn to control your mind (therapy sessions could be helpful)
Next Steps
Please consult a psychiatrist
