I have sensorinueral hearing loss. What are the medication I can take to improve me hearing ability. Also why do I have sshl at such a young age. I have hearing problems since childhood but now it has increased manifold. Also will my hearing loss keep increasing???

There is no medication to improve  hearing...only we can slow it down by giving neuroprotectives.. There are hundreds of causes... detailed history is needed... Yes your hearing loss will increase further with age... Wearing a hearing aid can slow it down!
