Cant hear anything from my left ear. now i am 26 and i even don`t remember any moment when i hear any sound from that ear. my question is it it treatable?

Hearing assessment to be done.. local examination of the ear by otoscopy to be done to rule out any infection or perforation in the ear drum.. visit an ENT specialist for opinion..
