Hi, I have been diagnosed with diabetes from last 8 years.. And from last one year I am consuming Glycomet 500 mg daily basis.. Sugar levels are up and normal sometimes.. I had my health check done with diabetes, lipid, kidney , liver profile.. Here is the report attached I need to consult further.

Your lipid profile , liver function reports and creatinine levels are normal.You have uncontrolled diabetes with high fasting glucose and hba1c which ideally should have been less than 130 mg and hba1c 7%.your BMI is 33.84 which is class 1 obesity.You need to modify lifestyle and diet . treatment with newer drugs after consultation with an endocrinologist is recommended.
