Depends form which angle you wish to know if Paneer, Curd & milk products are heart health friendly or not Well my insight is any & every milk & it’s by-products if they are derived from animal milk are definitely not heart healthy. As per ayurveda curd should never be consumed as it’s too heavy to digest & metabolise instead buttermilk or thinning of curd is an ideal way to consume it Similarly milk & paneer are heavy to digest too when derived from animal milk
Next Steps
Better options are tofu and paneer from plant based milk but foods like healthy fats from avocado, green leafy veggies, oranges, cherries, almonds & walnuts are way better for heart health

Paneer is a rich source of potassium, which helps in regulating blood pressure and maintaining a healthy heart. It also contains monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, which are considered to be good fats that can help lower cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of heart disease. Consuming curd on a daily basis can also help reduce the risk of coronary heart disease because it inhibits the formation of cholesterol in the arterial region. Consuming whole-fat dairy products can have the unwanted health effect of increasing your LDL cholesterol levels. They are high in saturated fat and cholesterol. Replace them with healthier, low fat options or skim milk.

Yes. They are good but one need to take in moderation as per the requirement. Milk and other dairy products are good source of calcium, protein and also antioxidants in nature. As per your bodily temperament and fat mass you can add these in your diet

Curd and buttermilk do not contain lactose. They have lactic acid that act as a probiotic and thus gut friendly, Paneer is the casein and very good protein... Should be taken thrice or 4 times a week. Whole milk is a little dicey for adults in today's generation as they may contribute to raised lipid profile and also the lactose sugar in it is not tummy friendly
