Pro pl powder or macprot which is a better health drink for pregnant and lactating mothers? Am 36th week pregnant and want to start a health drink as I cannot drink milk always, dont like. Pl suggest

Pro pl is a good supplement if you want to start you can start. No issues it's a safe product but supplement means if your diet is not sufficient then we are adding ang supplement. If your diet is a proper balanced diet then it's not required, if you feel you are not taking  a balanced diet then sure you can start.
