Health anxiety can be tackled effectively with the techniques of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. However in some cases one may require medicines as well. Some guidelines to deal with the anxiety can be: Don't keep scanning your body/stomach and the sensations. Try to shift your attention away from it and engage yourself with some or the other work. You can use grounding techniques as a tool for distraction. Understand that you are experiencing these fear related with your health because your brain,in a way, is giving false signals to motor and sensory organ. You have to be the in charge here and need to correct your brain. Do deep breathing when ever you feel anxious. Do not look for any information on internet, rather talk to your doctor.
