Iam getting this headache whenever I laugh or bend or walk. It is very irritating. It is happening since a day. What might be the reason?

Is any other symptoms of blurring vision. Vertigo. Consult neurophysicion for migraine

Your symptom suggests raised intracranial pressure, especially if it is associated with vomiting. If is not relieved in a day or two with Tab. Paracetamol, a complete examination by a physician is needed.
