Same as above n also stomach bloating swelling in body indigestion. I have thyroid cholesterol n I take escit c tab rosuvas 5mg eltroxin 100mg I have consulted gastroenterologist psychiatrist

Bloating is a sign of Acidity. For prevention and treatment of Acidity one should -Avoid oily, spicy & sour food -Avoid smoking, tobacco, alcohol, tea, coffee, cola drinks -Eating meals every 2-3hourly -Avoid skipping meals -Ice cream & Banana are good
