Headache problem

2025-12-20 20:10:48
I have a continuous headache on alternate days sometimes... and even after taking paracetamol for two consecutive days... and it also happens when I travel... or whenever I go out somewhere. The pain is on the left side and the right side... sometimes both sides hurt at the same time, and it becomes very difficult to tolerate.

Have to find the trigger factor in your age and modify that. Could be work related body stress very likely. Better planning of days work may help. Medications are less likely to benefit for long term relief
Health Tips
avoid too many medications

If there are no symptoms associated with headache like vomiting, double vision, loss of conciousness, seizures, weakness of upper and lower limb, sensory and bowel bladder disturbances You need to check your vision too and get a CT Brain plain if not responding to pain killers and review with the neurosurgeon
