Headache problem

I am personally experiencing head ache in the past one year continuously. Sometimes occurs with neck pain. I am having pain mostly in scalp,forehead and sides of the head. Sometimes the pain occurs in back of the head as well as eyebrow point and also pain in face and eyes. I want to know the exact reason

May I know your sleeping position? Also do you have any neck cervical issues? Do you feel vomiting and vertigo? Also you won't get any pain medication over the counter.... You've to get it prescribed
