Headache goes away on standing

2023-08-29 04:59:29
I nearly always have severe, throbbing headache on waking up from sleep. I feel the ache on my forehead, and it happens even when I take afternoon naps. However, the headache goes away by itself a couple of minutes after I stand up straight. Please advise.
