Headache, fever, n nausea

I m in continuous travelling from 2 days and have not got enough sleep. Yesterday while travelling i had vomitings while then I took acidity n painkiller tablet then at night I was feeling ok. Today again in morning there is good fever, i m feeling low n again I have to cover 8 hrs of journey. Please help me, it's troubling me a lot.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. pantakind-D once or twice a day half an hour before food for 2 days. And tab. Dolo 650mg thrice a day. After that take tab.
