The causes of fever this time may be due to viral ,it may be dengue fever , chicken guinea or may be typhoid,it is difficult to say what is the exact cause of fever without any lab investigation I would like to suggest to u must consult a doctor and go for the proper investigation,don't take medicine without any proper consultation.
