My mother is having severe headache and continuous vomiting. It's been three days.The headache is really server which causes vomiting.which medicine should i give her.

Check her blood pressure. She is on any medications? Any BP medications. Of blood pressure is fine do get a CT scan Brain. Can consult me if requires any further advice. Thank you
