Headache and Neckache

It is very painful headache and neckache after 2-3 days, mostly in winters. Doctor prescribed Calcium but I didn't took it after 2 months. What may be the reason and what will be its prescription?

Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. Dehydration can also cause headache on the back side. Go for physio. Once pain settled -then do neck muscle strengthening exercises.
