Headache and lightheadedness

Im feelin lightheadedness and headache for a month now have taking medicine but it didn't help so consultant to a doctor and diagnosed me with OCD and TTH. I don't think it's a right diagnosis i just want my headache and lightheadedness to go away but when i eat the medicine i dont feel good it feel so woozy and confused. Do you think it's a right diagnosis or not please let me know.

Yes the diagnosis seems right but sometimes medication for TTH causes dizziness. You need change of medication.
