Feeling headache from 2days, feeling heavy weight on head. Eyes are paining due to aches. Unable to concentrate on work

Take nicip-plus one in the morning , one in the night after   food.                                                  Tab pan-d 40 one in the morning and one in the night before food.  Take these for 3days.           If symptoms persists consult    me online.
