I'm having headache at back of head and my blood pressurre y'day came 131/84 my headache started from yady both are related I'm not taking any medications for tat wat to do

Take pantop 40 mg empty stomach. And paracetamol 500mg two times a day. Headache will be fine. Consult for further query
