Headache in tge back of head

Asked for Male, 36 Years

I am having a headache in back side of.my head toward the neck area ..some times in the neck also. For the last 2 days. My sleep has been irregular for the previous 2 days. The head ache started after a tennis session whee I sweated a lot. Had 3 dart tablet in last 2 days Now the pain is not severe but have genral numbness
