My son is 4 month 3 week old. He got some burn in his back of head. My paediatrician told it is due to infection. But he doesn't have any cold. Please guide I am scared. Pic attached. His paediatrician has give moxikind for 4 days. 3.5ml two times a day and T.bact cream. His weight is 8.5kg. Please guide
