Head spins or world spinning

Suddenly since two days , I am feeeling different when I turn or any movement related to my head. I m not sure what to call it. People saying that its Vertigo. Its not very much , but intermittent. Shud I contact a neurologist or ENT

May be this problem due to cervical spondylosis but for a proper diagnosis I need further details and some examination such as x ray and MRI. But homoepathy medicine can help in relieving vertigo and other symptoms.
