Yes you can shave head as well as pierce ears if baby has completed 6-10-14weeks vaccination. Hearbeat on head felt could be due open Anterior fontanelle, it is normal. It generally closes around 12-18months.

Greetings Yes, it is safe to perform both ceremonies, as the pulsating soft spot (fontanelle) is a completely normal sign of healthy blood flow matching your baby's heartbeat. The soft spot is strongly protected by a thick, durable membrane, meaning standard handling will not cause any harm. For the head-shaving ceremony, please ensure the practitioner uses a clean, sterile clipper or razor, and handles the baby gently to avoid skin cuts from sudden movements. For the ear-piercing ceremony, ensure the equipment is properly sterilized and choose hypoallergenic studs made of 14-karat gold, surgical steel, or titanium to prevent reactions. Afterwards, keep the piercing clean and dry, and gently rotate the earrings daily to promote safe healing. Please check the baby's scalp for any active infections, eczema, or cradle cap, and consider consulting your pediatrician if you notice any unusual swelling or redness
