Hi doctor, My head feels heavy when I lied down. When i woke up heaviness of head disappear. Please suggest me what happens

Hi., I can understand your concern. It can be due to lack of sleep, cold, high bp or anxiety. Make sure that you're having enough sleep. Check BP if issue persist. Plan for yoga.
