My child fell down ,so she got a bump on her head.she is 3 years old can I use cefijon fo my child

Hi... I presume cefijon  is an antibiotic... Usually small head bumps in otherwise healthy child does not need any antibiotics... You may give mild pain killer like paracetamol..
