Most likely missed period is not because of pregnancy
It may be due to hormonal imbalance
Next Steps
If your HCg level at 2 month of missed period is less than 5, it means practically you are not pregnant

Hcg levels have lower range n it pleated from 10 weeks onwards. Negative urine levels indicates no pregnancy in these 2 mths.
U can have medicines for withdrawal bleeding n start taking next conception chance.
In case u don’t get withdrawal bleeding usg is must .
