HCG increased 3x in 48 hours _15 Dpo

I had double IUI, got positive UPT and bHCG at 130 - on 13 DPO. Was on Susten 200mg 1x daily. Had mild brown pinkish spotting at 14 DPO, so doctor asked to repeat Beta HCG at 15 DPO it is 520. I took tranexamic acid to stop bleeding yesterday and today. Now, I’ve a very very light brownish discharge. Now doctor has asked to take Susten 200 mg 1x and Duphaston 10mg 3x daily. I am concerned for the reason for the bleeding and future outlook of my pregnancy.
