What to do if after HCG 5000iu ovulation does not occur ? I have taken letroze 2.5 mg and follicle size is 23mm.

Are you sure that ovulation does not occur? How did you confirm for ovulation? If ovulation does not occur then you have to repeat ovulation induction in next cycle
